I am a fourth year Ph.D.
candidate with the Department of Mechanical Engineering, University of
California Santa Barbara. I am co-advised by Professor Francesco Bullo and Professor Joao P. Hespanha. My
interests are Pursuit-Evasion games, Motion coordination and
Cooperative control.
Earlier, I completed my
Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering as well as
Master of Technology (M.Tech) with specialization in

Research
I work on
problems involving
coordination of multiple mobile vehicles to achieve certain specified
tasks. In particular, I have looked at Pursuit-Evasion games with
sensing limitations and motion constraints. I have developed provably
correct pursuit strategies for one or more pursuers to capture an
evader in specified environments. More recently, I have been working on
related problems such as dynamic vehicle routing. Please visit my research page for more details.

Miscellaneous
My
favourite pastime is Music - both listening to as well as playing.
Among outdoor and sport activities, I take interest in jogging and the
game of Cricket. If I am doing neither of these, I like spending time
with some recreational math.
